All sales are non-refundable. For Shaka Club apparel and accessories, we offer exchanges (different size or color) or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

To start an exchange, email us at info@shakaclub.ca within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number. We'll send you return instructions. Return shipping is at your expense, and we'll ship your new item for free. 

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted, and items must reach us no later than 30 days after you received your order.

Supplements, coffee and matcha are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, see the question below.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $150 or more. For orders under $150, standard shipping is a flat rate of $15. 
Express shipping is available for $30.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, and express delivery 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. Delivery may take a little longer during holidays and busy periods. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Yes! All our products are 100% plant-based and vegan. No animal ingredients, ever.
